The Vasco Translator V4 is an innovative product designed to ease communication across multiple languages. Created for Vasco Electronics, the project aimed to design a device that was not only functional but also stylish and user-friendly.
The diverse needs of users, from tourists to uniformed services, served as the inspiration for the project. We wanted to create a device that would be universal, elegant, and comfortable to hold. The concept foresaw the layout of elements on the PCB, such as buttons, camera, antenna, speakers - invisible components from the outside but crucial for the device's operation.
During the design process, Husarska Design Studio worked closely with Vasco engineers. We focused on details like lighting and light communication, intelligible to the users. The design underlined the role of speakers and microphones, not only aesthetically but also functionally.
